2. Information we handle

You do not need a Lakkazi account to play. The game stores your gameplay information on your device; it does not upload your board, score, or player profile to a Lakkazi game server.

The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise device location. Google’s advertising services process additional technical information as explained below.

3. Advertising and consent

The Android game uses Google AdMob to provide a gameplay banner and an optional rewarded video for a revive. You can decline a revive video and start a new game. There are no forced video ads.

Google’s Mobile Ads SDK processes technical information for advertising, service analytics, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Depending on the request and privacy settings, this includes:

• Your IP address, which can indicate approximate location.
• App and ad interactions, such as app launches, ad taps, and video views.
• Diagnostic information, such as app and SDK performance and errors.
• Device and account identifiers, including an app set ID where available and other identifiers permitted by the applicable settings.

The Android build removes the advertising-ID permission. This does not prevent all other SDK data processing. App set IDs are used for permitted essential purposes such as analytics and fraud prevention, not for ad personalization or ad measurement, and are not linked by our game code to personal information or advertising IDs.

For players aged 18 or older, Google manages ad personalization according to applicable consent, regional requirements, and privacy settings. Selecting an adult age group is not consent to personalized advertising. The game does not show an additional Lakkazi personalization-choice screen. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks consent requirements and presents privacy choices when required. The game waits for permission to request ads; if that check fails, ads remain paused and you can keep playing.

Non-personalized ads can still require technical information and device storage to deliver ads, limit repetition, measure performance, and prevent fraud. They do not mean that no data is processed. The child and teen settings below take priority over personalization.

4. Children and teens

Lakkazi Block Puzzle serves children, teens, and adults. The age screen asks for an age group, not a date of birth. This choice is self-reported and is not identity verification.

• Under 13, or an unknown, missing, or invalid age choice: child-directed ad treatment applies and personalization is disabled.
• Ages 13–17: teen ad treatment applies and personalization is disabled.
• Ages 18 and older: Google’s default personalization handling applies, subject to applicable consent, eligibility requirements, and privacy settings.

We configure Google’s maximum ad-content rating to G for all players. We do not ask children to opt in to personalized advertising. The game has no player accounts, chat, public profiles, or user-upload features that let children publish personal information.

Children’s game progress and age choices stay on the device as described in section 2. Google receives age-treatment signals and can process technical information, including an IP address, app or ad interactions, diagnostics, and permitted identifiers, to provide the advertising service under the child-directed settings. These settings disable personalized advertising; they do not make the service data-free.

Parents and guardians: contact info@lakkazi.com to review or request deletion of personal information we hold about your child, or to refuse further collection or use of that information. Identify the game and describe your request; do not include a child’s full name or other unnecessary information in your first message. We may ask for limited information to verify that you are entitled to make the request. We will also help direct requests concerning Google’s processing to the appropriate provider.

You can remove locally stored information through Android’s app-storage controls. To stop future collection through the app, stop using or uninstall it; clearing storage alone does not stop collection if the app is used again. If an age group was selected incorrectly, clearing app storage lets you make a new selection but also resets game progress. Lakkazi cannot retrieve or change a local save remotely.

5. This website and external links

The games website’s pages contain no advertising scripts, analytics tags, account registration, or tracking cookies. Delivering the website nevertheless involves network requests: the hosting service can process your IP address, requested page, browser information, and access or security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Links to app stores, social media, Google, or other external services take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover unrelated Lakkazi websites or other games.

6. Sharing, international processing, and security

Google handles information for the advertising and consent services described above. Website-hosting and email providers handle information needed to deliver the website and support correspondence. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, or to protect rights, security, and safety.

Our game does not send your saved board or score to a Lakkazi player database. Advertising-related processing is described separately because it can occur even though gameplay data stays on your device.

Lakkazi is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Google describes its international-transfer safeguards in its data-transfer information. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and the transfer.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Local game data is stored within the app’s device storage. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and deletion

• Local game data: progress and preferences remain on your device until removed through your device’s app-storage controls. Clearing storage resets the saved game, age choice, and ad preference. Device backups or restoration can retain or restore data according to your device settings.
• Support and privacy correspondence: we retain information only as long as needed to respond, complete necessary follow-up, resolve a dispute, or meet applicable legal obligations. The nature of the request and any applicable obligation determine that period. You can request deletion by emailing us; if information must be retained, we will explain the applicable reason.
• Website logs: retention depends on the hosting service’s configuration and the operational or security purpose of the record.
• Google-held information: Google’s retention practices and controls are explained in Google’s retention policy. Clearing the game’s local storage does not delete information already processed by Google.

There is no Lakkazi player account to delete. Removing the app or its storage does not delete email correspondence you sent us; contact us separately for that request.

8. Your choices and rights

• Adult ad preferences: Google’s consent system presents choices when required and manages applicable ad privacy preferences. You can keep playing regardless of your consent choice. About Lakkazi → Privacy policy opens this policy.
• Google consent choices: use Google privacy choices in About Lakkazi when it is available to review or change the choices Google provides for your region.
• Local information: use Android’s app-storage settings to clear it. This also resets your progress.
• Information held by Lakkazi: email info@lakkazi.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Parents can use the same contact for the requests described in section 4.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of covered targeted advertising or sharing, or complain to a data-protection authority. Where an appeal right applies, you may ask us to reconsider a decision by replying to our response. We may need limited information to verify and handle a request. We cannot retrieve a local game save from an email address because the game has no Lakkazi account system.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for processing that requires it, including eligible optional ad personalization and non-essential device storage; providing a requested service where necessary for that service; legitimate interests in responding to support requests and protecting the service; and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Google explains the bases for its own processing in its privacy policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

9. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our information practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will give additional notice and obtain consent before making material changes. New games are not automatically covered by this policy.
